Team Tucker!

In honor of Tucker's early arrival, I decided to participate in the March of Dimes: March for Babies on April 29th at the University of Houston. We have created a team that I would love for you all to join and/or donate to! Funds raised in March for Babies support research and programs that help moms have full-term pregnancies and babies begin healthy lives. And they will be used to bring comfort and information to families with a baby in newborn intensive care just like Mark, Melanie & Tucker.

An update on Tucker; he is now 2 days old. He has been on a CPAP machine which helps with his breathing and lung development. He was on a level 5 and got to be moved down to level 4 and is doing very well with his breathing since being moved down. He was feed 10 cc's at his 9:00 pm feeding and they will continue to increase it by 1 cc every feeding. His goal is 27 cc's so we are already 1/3 of the way there.



Welcome to the World!

Tucker had quite a rough road making his entrance into the world, but with wonderful doctors, a mommy and daddy that love him like crazy, lots of prayer and God who can work wonders he was born at 6:05pm on March 28, 2012. He weighed 2 lbs 15 oz and was 15 inches long. He is very strong, has wonderful color and is just the cutest little Tucker this aunt has ever seen. We love you Tucker Allen and can not wait to see what God has in store for you!
