Today was Griffin's due date but he couldn't wait to be here. Mommy can hardly believe that he will be 3 weeks old tomorrow. Tucker is coming around to being a big brother; he is getting concerned when he starts to cry and wants to hold Griffin in his lap for a few seconds a couple of times each day.

You're not you when you're hungry
Today I came to the conclusion that my child is like those people on the Snickers commercials who don't act quite like themselves when they are hungry. We went to Carters and he was a bear when it came to get him in his car seat to go home. I told Mark we'd better go get him a cheeseburger. After eating his cheeseburger he was like a totally different child, his whole attitude changed and he was talking and laughing in the car. He ate his whole cheeseburger patty and half the bun and then enjoyed the rest of my french fries when we got home.

Peanut, Peanut Butter and Jelly
This past week Tucker experienced his first peanut butter and jelly sandwich. He ate a whole half of a sandwich, I'd say it was a success.

Baby Brother
Last Tuesday, March 11th, Mommy wasn't feeling Griffin move around very much. After trying to wake him up she decided it was time to go to the hospital. Upon her arrival her blood pressure was registering very high, the highest was 153/102, and she was having contractions one on top of another. Mommy was admitted and her doctor came in and said we are having a baby tomorrow morning at 7:30. So on Wednesday, March 12th, at 8:04 am my baby brother Griffin was born. He weighed 6 lbs 10.5 oz and was 19 1/2 inches long. I'm adjusting to being a big brother and am always looking around for the baby.

Important Phone Calls
Tucker has been making some very important phone calls lately. He will punch in the numbers, pick up the phone and talk, say bye bye and then hangs up.
